You are responsible for your account security. You must keep your credentials safe and take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access. You must notify us immediately if you notice suspicious activity.
Payment and Billing
Service fees are collected as specified in your contract. You must ensure your payment information is up to date. Late payments may result in service interruption.
Intellectual Property
The Paymore platform and all its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Paymore provides its services "as is". Our liability for technical failures, interruptions or data loss is limited to the limits specified in the contract.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms of use at any time. We will notify you in advance of significant changes. It is recommended that you check the current terms regularly.
Termination of Agreement
Both parties may terminate the agreement under the specified conditions. In case of termination, unpaid fees are collected and your data is securely deleted or delivered to you.
If you violate these terms, Paymore reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract and initiate legal action.
